These will do the trick on my flat top grill, or even with my frying pans.I love to use these when I place buns face down on the grill, then lightly soften & heat before I pile heaping cheesesteaks into them. Delicious when served immediately. While the buns are warming, use the 2nd lid to perfectly melt the pepperjack cheese. Or, to warm and melt omelets to absolute perfection.
