Heavy cast iron grill, great for my use on on large Big Green Egg. I have used for smash burgers, reverse sear steaks, etc. Does not rust, and is not as easy cleaning as a high quality teflon type coating. But overall serves the purpose desired

The griddle is very versatile. I use it in my big green egg on high heat for smashburgers!! The best! Also great for pancakes and eggs and other breakfast food. Heavy duty should last a lifetime…
