I bought this for our Rv trips. It came with a damaged piece to the handle. Customer service quickly worked to get the replacement part sent to me. We got it just in time for our first trip. I seasoned the griddle before we packed it up to go camping. We had eggs, scrapple, fried potatoes, and even pizza. It worked perfectly. Easy clean up. Very happy with this purchase.

I have owned it for about a month and I'm very pleased with the way it cooks! Temp is even across the two zones. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the top cover is a little flimsy and bends a little while opening and closing. Otherwise it cooks great

I thought I was getting an electric griddle instead it was a propaynegriddle; the connection to the tank was less safe than anything I would want. I returned the item fior a refund to make madders even worse they said i would charged 31 dollars to return it and that would be deducted from what I ORIGINALLY PAID!, I would not waste my time buying this proiduct again. I did reorder the electric griddle. hopefully htis one will be acceptabler otherwise I will BE stuck with another 31 dollar return shipping fee. i CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I purchased this griddle for camping and outdoor cooking. I received it and followed the directions to season it. I tried it out with chicken, pork loin and potatoes medley. It was honestly delicious. I was shocked at all you can make with this griddle. You can do tacos, fajitas, pizza, burgers and almost anything. I can’t wait to try a lot of other recipes. You will be glad you bought it. Most important is the seasoning process. Don’t skip it. There are a lot of YouTube videos on seasoning, cooking, and recipes.
