Bought new unit last July…used it three times and then stored for the winter. Unit now dead. Help desk says unit probably died from being stored. Come on! Aren’t there other people that store their pool sweeps for the winter? Stuck now. Wouldn’t buy again. Caveat emptor

I was skeptical about this because of the reasonable price, but this guy is amazing! We live in a condo association with a swimming pool and for 23 years this pool has been vacuumed by hand, sometimes 3 times a week. The Smorobot cleans our pool spotless! We put it in at night and take it out mornings and it only takes a couple of hours for it to complete its job. The basket is easy to clean and the Smorobot is simple to use. We are very pleased with this product.

We got this cordless cleaning robot for our pool. It is great, perfect for it. We have an above ground pool, and it gets really difficult when it comes to cleaning. We used a few other brands, and the result is not as what we needed, but this robot is amazing. The logistics packaging is very good, and the bottom is intact. As soon as I received it, I couldn't wait to put it together and get it to work for me as soon as possible. It does a better job of cleaning than all other brands we tried. The stubborn stains on the bottom of the pool and the clutter piled up in the corners were always a source of frustration when cleaned by traditional methods. With this robot, turn on the super suction power, suck back and forth on the bottom and walls of the pool, and those dirty things are easily sucked away. Even the algae and moss attached to the pool wall are cleaned up cleanly. Its program settings are very good, and every corner is cleaned up cleanly, just like giving the pool a deep cleaning. With it, I put it in for regular cleaning every week, and the pool has always been clean, which makes me feel comfortable. The battery life is great, I don’t need to frequently charge. Overall, it’s a great choice for us.

Ninety minutes later, steps, walls, and the waterline were spotless, and the bot parked itself by the shallow end for pickup.Tracks grip the slope like off‑road tires, so it climbs walls without flipping. I set the weekly timer, and now it runs every other day while I’m at work—no phone app needed. Battery lasts long enough to cover my 40‑by‑20 before needing the magnetic charger click.Cleaning the filters is a hose blast away; pop, rinse, slide back. The AI route mapping seems legit—no missed strips or circles of shame. Even the kids’ dive toys stay put; the brush lifts debris without sucking up plastic rings.Owning a pool shouldn’t mean living with a pole net in hand—this robo‑tank does the laps so you can just cannonball in.

I bought this pool cleaner last week just received it. I must say I am impressed by design easy to use. It came with 1 filter will order other one in case the first one goes bad so I have a back up.
