I've had this for less than 3 months, in that 3 months it has refused to connect to my xbox series s multiple times and has disconnected from my xbox while playing multiple times. This makes it nearly impossible to play any games and is extremely annoying. It's only a 1 star because it came in the correct color.

My controller started to get a really bad drift after about 6 months of use. I reached out and they replaced it free of charge. Great communication and really appreciate their customer service!

The color is exactly what I was looking for and the skin is surprisingly smooth and feels great. I've had no issues with connectivity or with any of the buttons/joysticks yet. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We bought this controller for my son, and it is great looking, and the slightly textured top and grip feels really high end when playing. I had to come on and write a review because one of his friends got something sticky on it, and a button stopped working. I emailed Crazy Controllers directly and there was absolutely no problem, no fuss, they said they would replace it. I just sent it back with the proof of purchase and a brand new one showed up literally days later. If you want a custom controller, I couldn't recommend this company more!

Let me start off by saying that I'm not one for writing good or bad reviews on anything, but I'm compelled to do so for this particular item.I have to say that this is the best controller that I've ever held in my hands—and I've been playing video games off and on for 30+ years! This controller feels so comfortable in my hands that I can literally play games for hours on end! It even has micro gripping in key areas under the controller and the top (colored area) is very smooth to the touch! I will be ordering a second one very soon! Do yourselves a favor and buy this controller...you can't go wrong!P.S. If you're going to be using this controller with an Xbox one (X—not series X), the center button allows you to take screen shots. I LOVE this! I can either share the pics with my friends or use them as background pics on my home page!

Love the metallic satin look and it works perfectly. Replaced the original one that just stopped working one day (disconnected from xbox and wouldn't reconnect for unknown reason). So far it's worked perfectly and I play quite often

Would give it 5stars but it came with no battery pack so not really wireless for what was charged should come with batteries.
