Like the title says, the controller works fine until it doesn’t.I’ll be in the middle of playing my game and it’ll disconnect, but also reconnect. I thought it was a me problem at first. Then it stopped doing that for awhile. So, I thought it got sorted out somehow. Nope, I was wrong. When it first started happening I contacted the seller and was asked “what do you want me to do about it?” I don’t know, stop selling a product that sucks. So, I had to go buy a NEW controller.

My wife is happy that I switched to X Box for her. Controller is a new item for us. We are going to enjoy this.

I am still using the controller, however the rubber grips developed air bubbles underneath which caused them to start coming off. I tried gluing them back to no avail. Not sure if it is a common issue with grips on controllers.

I know they're not marketed as brand new only like new and refurbished but mine came with the right handle being loose with the plastic shell. Idk if it'll cause problems in the future and I seriously hope it doesn't but only time will be able to tell.

The controller works great, maybe a little on the sensitive side, but that can be adjusted in gameplay options. The feel is high quality and has some weight to it and I love the details! Not much else to say about the renewed controller in "like new" condition.

Love this controller. I was worried at first but I guess I lucked out. Feels amazing and the grips are nice.

I purchased a cert. refurbished patrol tech controller and it is like new! I cannot tell a difference. Works perfect. Thank you GoldStar!
