Love the ease of use of this hose system. Far superior to dealing with a hose and traditional reel. East to install and streamlined design works well with my home.

So far so good. Our new hose unit was well-packaged so nothing was damaged. I loved the quick connectors and the various types of sprays available for the plants around the yard and garden. The retractable hose makes it easy for the Mrs to get the hose off the pool deck. I installed the reel into the concrete slab and it was easy to do.

This hose reel is well made retracts easily and has great water pressure we have purchased 3 of these different brands we had no issues with this brand we highly recommend this hose reel

This thing is pretty easy to install. It’s probably the best way to store a hose I’ve ever used, no more hand cranking the hose reel. Seems pretty durable I highly recommend one of these if you don’t like the old way of rolling up hoses this is great.

I attached this to a 4x4 post for my front yard . Swivels really nicely~ The reel system has been really helpful and it's miles better than my old system where I would just gather it by hand and loop it over a hook.However the hose is pretty thin and I kind of question it's durability in the long term (however since it's essentially covered inside the reel, I figure I can protect it from Sun and Snow if I make sure to keep a reflective cover over it during the heat and an insulating cover during the winter). On top of that I have to say that I really recommend that someone really switch the plastics connectors to metal quick connects (preferably brass or stainless steel). I cannot imagine these plastic connectors lasting the amount of unusual angles and stretches I'm going to do overtime. I do however really like the spray head this comes with as it's not only a thumb control with various spray patterns, but it's pretty much made of metal instead of plastic.
