One of my worst purchases off Amazon ever. Broke after a few uses. Made completely of plastic and cheap material. It broke right where the hose connects to the wheel and where there's a lot of water pressure from the transition of the wheel to the hose. Do not buy this product. I'm the type of person that handles things with care and followed directions and it's a terrible product.

Please note. This review is based on the packaging and condition and quality of the product. I should have checked the seller first before ordering. The box arrived opened and partially taped with Walmart tape. Must have been a return. The connector from the hose on the reel to the hose connection to the house is made of plastic that will most likely not last long. We had a similar reel from the same manufacturer and this plastic piece cracked after 3 years of use. And so we are hoping for at least that amount of longevity of this product. A couple of the fins that keep the hose on the reel were slightly warped. The reel seem to wind fine and seem to have the original labeling and hose zip tied to the reel. We are going to try and see how well it does. I sure wish they had a model with a metal connector that was replaceable. We will see how this one goes.

Reel arrived fully assembled. This was a second order; first one was purchased several months ago. I've also purchased these type of reels several years earlier. They are durable and can stand up to Kentucky year around weather.
