A nice retractable water hose reel with easy mounting hardware. The retrieval system works very well with a nice smooth retraction. The hose and reel are nicely made with no leaks so far after install.

A Beast of a Hose. 130ft of hose that you can turn to either side of your house. The retracting function works perfectly and is so nice not to have to collect and coil my hose after each watering. The reel installed easily on the wall with two lag bolts into a stud. Super easy and so worth it.

This item delivers all the benefits it claims to but it is very large. The reel/holder is really heavy, so anchor it well. I screwed it into a 4x4 post and I'm not totally confident about it. The fact that the whole reel swivels means the stresses on the mount plate change. Once you have it secured though, it's great. Grab the nozzle and walk to where you need it. The hose holds position until you are done with it, and then give it a short tug like a roll-up window blind and it retracts automatically. The included hose is smaller diameter for tighter winding, but pressure and flow are the same as any other hose. The included nozzle is of the plastic kind that I am used to seeing develop leaks after a summer or two, but I have a metal backup ready. All told this is much better than manually looping a hose around a post, or cranking it around a spool. Thumbs up.

First thing you must know is that this is a very well-made hose reel with a very heavy duty mounting requirement. It is heavy, as expected, but will also be heavier when the 130-ft hose fills with water. In my case I used a 7/16" SDS+ bit to drill into the brick and then used the included expanders and lag bolts (see picture) to attach the frame to the brick wall. It is not going anywhere anytime soon.After the mount is installed, the reel just lays into the mount, but has a convenient handle as well to make it portable if needed. The system didn't leak a drop and the retraction capability is similar to any cord that pulls out and stops, then retracts if you give it a light tug. Works wonderfully and 130-ft ... are you kidding me! Love this thing.The instructions are adamant to keep it out of freezing weather, but since I can simply pull it up with the handle and move it into the garage in winter, I am good to go. The water pressure is good and this is a seriously well-made piece of equipment.

This hose reel is massive. We dropped an 8-foot 4" x 6" post three feet into the ground to mount this hose reel. It's 130' hose reaches all over the yard and around to the sides and back of the house. It can be a bit tricky to get it back in the reel. Hopefully, that will improve as it breaks in. I loved that there are 5 holes and 5 lag bolts to secure the mounting bracket to the wall or post for mounting. The sprayer head functions as it should, and the plugs that it was shipped with to protect the thread were a nice touch.

With 130 feet, this thing has enough hose length for a stadium, almost. I was using a 100-footer mounted in my garage, and it would reach all the way to the front of my property, but it would only go about 3/4 of the way back. With the 30 extra feet this has, I can cover my entire backyard. I did have a 2nd hose mounted out back because my front hose wouldn't reach. This one DOES, so huge upgrade for me, and now I'm down to 1 hose, which is a lot less to deal with.This thing works great. Pull it out as far as you want to go, give it a little tug when you're done and follow it back home. It's so easy putting the hose away with this. I come from a manual reel, as well, and if you're still on a manual winding hose reel, I PROMISE this will be like heaven because it literally takes less time to stow the hose than it does to unwind it.Being 130 feet, this is a bit heavier than some hose reels, and a bit bigger as well. But luckily, the hinge mount is removable, so you can put the bracket on the wall first and then put the reel on the bracket. It makes installation (and removal) a breeze. Just make sure you have it mounted securely, because of the weight and because you'll be pulling on it.Overall, this is totally worth the cost, because it's 130 feet long, which is awesome, and it works GREAT. 5 stars.

Wow! I knew this hose was going to be large but this is a big hose and it is exactly what I am looking for. My spigot is in a terrible place in my yard. I usually have to put three hoses together to get to my garden or chicken coop. I was able to assemble this hose reel on a in ground pole. It is perfect for being able to bring down to my coop and when I mow I can just simply wind it up without dragging three hoses around the yard. This hose will make my life so much easier! It came with a hose nozzle with many different spray functions! I’m very impressed! I would love another for my front yard!
