I purchased these "1.5mm" rods for a project requiring precision. Using three different calipers, they measure 1.34mm to 1.37mm. Not one of them approaches 1.5mm. They can't be used, and it's not worth starting the car to return them.

I attached a drill vise handle to these and use them to clean out the all metal hotend of my 3d printer. They work great for that.
