Are all 22mm Panerai spring bars made the same? Apparently not. The pins sticking out the ends of this spring bar are too thick to fit in the 42mm 1940's Radiomir case used in the 574 and 512. In fairness to the spring bar description, it makes no mention of a 42mm case.
