Having only ever used 1-inch wide painters tape, these rolls look huge in comparison! I’ve been using it to paint crown molding and having twice the area protected by the tape feels like such a luxury. This tape has really nice adhesion to the wall without being too sticky and pulling the paint off. It comes off very nicely. I also really like the size of the roll because it is large enough to wear on your wrist while working so you don’t need to keep setting it down and picking it back up all day. I am very satisfied with this tape.

Any time I order painter's tape I fear receiving rolls of tape that have a slick surface and minimum adhesion. My fears were abated when this tape arrived. The tape is not thin with a slick surface and has great adhesion. The width is as advertised. This tape has worked great to tape plastic on windows and the floor in preparation to texture three rooms in our house. I have also used the plastic with brown paper with no problems.I used this tape for securing butcher paper on meats that I stocked up in the freezer with no problems.This tape is a great bargain in comparison to big box stores for tape that is certainly equal to their tape if not a better quality.I am so happy that I ordered this tape. I needed it and will use every roll while building our house.Highly recommended!

The SWRD 2-inch painter’s tape is clearly high-quality. With twelve rolls, there’s plenty for my painting projects, and its versatility makes it useful for various surfaces and other tape-related tasks. What I appreciate most is its ability to create sharp paint lines, its flexibility, strong adhesion, and clean removal without residue.The only minor inconvenience is locating the starting edge on the roll, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a dependable tape that gets the job done—and at a much lower cost than comparable options I’ve seen.

In spite of the product description claiming this tape has "strong adhesion," this painters tape from the SWRT store has light adhesion - the kind that would be specified for delicate surfaces where you do not want to remove any of the underlying paint.I compared it to two different 2-inch blue painters tape rolls I have, and this one is also the thinnest of the three.Even though this pack has 12 rolls its bulk price per roll is similar to other offerings from various sellers. The only reason to get this brand from the SWRT store would be if you want to cover a large work area with a delicate adhesive tape.

12 rolls of 2 inch painters tape is alot of tape. I can only find one differance between the rolls I recieved and the big name brand at the big box store. The price! The local big box store is offering a 6 pack at the nearly same price as this 12 pack. Every comparison was made, using it to mask off a variety of items in a bedroom and hallway preparing for paint. From the application of the tape to the removal of the tape, this goes on easy, and with 12 rolls, looks like I have plenty to use on the rest of the interior of my home. The moment of truth. The real test of any masking tape. Was the removal of the tape as easy as putting it on? Yes, it was. Did paint get underneath the tape? No, it did not. Did it leave crisp and clean lines? Yes, it did. This is a great masking tape at a price point the won't break the bank. From the do it yourself Homeowner, to the hired profeesional, 12 rolls gives you more than you may need, but you can never really have to much of this stuff. I call it thinking ahead and stocking up for the next project.

I recently used this painter’s blue tape while painting a table with a very special type of paint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Name brand painters tape is pretty expensive. This tape is a lot less and works just as well for my application--which isn't painting so much as taping over painted and wood veneer surfaces to marks for cuts (e.g. cabinets, walls, etc). The tape sticks well and comes right up, easily as good or better than other tape I've used. Because it sticks well, I'm guessing it will do well for actual painting in terms of keeping bleeding to a minimum.

The thick 2" rolls are great for masking off large areas with plastic for painting. Very economical price, way better than the big box store. I will be set for a very long time!
