Got it for my mom to share pictures of her first grandchild. She absolutely loves it, says she'll sit and watch it. The app is nice too can take the with you anywhere. The new payment plans aren't great but overall would recommend.

We’ve gifted these to parents and grandparents and they’re a hit every time! We live far from family so these are a great way to stay connected. While they’re easy to use, I recommend setting it up yourself if you’re gifting it to anyone who has trouble with tech 😉 The app is easy to use and makes photo sharing easy.

Grandparents and great absolutely love it. Once its setup there is no further input needed so it is perfect for the less technologically savy generations. The kids/grandkids can upload pictures from their phones to the tablet allowing grandparents to see what is going on in their life. No subscription required.

Do not recommend, company officiallypulled a bait and switch. What was once agreat way to display and share memorieswith friends and family, has now become acash grab. Made more than severalpurchases for friends and family as gifts,not only for storage, but the primary goalof sharing with a simple touch. I even haveone sitting here now ready to be gifted,and ill now be planning on returning it, dueto it having no value now unless an annualsubscription is purchased on top. Beingrequired to pay just to use the productdefeats the purpose, and free unlimitedcloud based storage is why I andcountless others made the purchaseUnfortunately, I' be sending an apology toall family and friends I gifted a frame to,no need to advise not to pay for asubscription, I know they won't. Makessense why I didn't get the Easter photosfrom my daughter the other day now,update just happened for me today... Allthat to say this, if you're consideringbuying, do not, nixplay provides no valuenow.

Easy to set up, easier to use, the picture quality is great, and I love that I can share photos with my family. I purchased the wood one and it is lovely. Not only can I enjoy watching my pictures appear, but it makes a great decorative addition to my home. Definitely a great gift item too. My siblings and I bought one for our grandparents to share photos with them since they don’t live close enough to see often. It gives them a chance to see their grandkids and their various adventures without using their limited phone memory.

This electronic picture frame is my ultimate favorite product and gift idea! It's incredibly user-friendly - simply connect it to your phone via the app, and you can upload countless pictures. You have the flexibility to shuffle them, play them in any order, or organize them into albums. You can continue to add or delete pictures, and even include videos. While I haven't used the sound feature, it's available too. The frame offers various settings to customize how pictures transition and how often. At night, it serves as a clock for me. I have multiple frames throughout my house, and they blend in seamlessly like real picture frames. In my opinion, there's nothing better on the market, and I particularly appreciate this brand.

I think this frame is a good bit of kit, if a little expensive. It is of good quality but I do have concerns about the stand. The frame simply sits in a shallow slot and leans against the support. I can see it being easily knocked over. The management of the content by multiple people is good. I moved it easily between houses and different WiFi routers. It remembers previous settings like an iPhone. So for my relative in a care home it will be ideal for the family.

We love this product so much that we bought 3 for long distance grandparents. It is easy to use. We upload new pictures on a daily basis to keep it up to date. The setup is easy and the app is easy when you want to upload. You can upload videos as well but I think that requires an updated. What is also amazing is that you can share the picture frame link to other people so people can upload their photos as well. My in laws have grandchildren in a few different places and everyone is able to download own photos into the grandparents' picture frame. What an amazing gift idea.

I purchased this digital frame on a treasure truck deal - it works. You will have to load the app and follow directions to bluetooth transfer pics you choose from your gallery to the frame. I purchased an additional memory chip - but it turns out there is no place to install the chip so don't waste your time there. You can set a regular time to 'run' the frame or manually turn it off and/or on. You can 'shuffle' OR play all your uploaded pics. You do not get to choose the 'fade' that happens between pics, but you do get to choose how long each pic stays on the frame before moving to the next pic. Picture quality is pretty good - about as good as the pics you download on to it. It's close to an 8x10 frame. Not sure why they call it a 'touch screen' cause I can't figure out what you can do by touching the screen - but ok. It comes with charging cord, regular plug in - there appears to be a mini USB port, but I haven't tried it. Having said all this I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

My mom, who is not a fan of technology, has been complaining for years that she never sees the digital photos my dad, brother, and I take of our families. This frame should finally solve the problem.This took at most about 10 minutes to go from opening the box to viewing the first photos. The company is known for having the best software, and I see why. This was dead simple.I did not buy the subscription, and it seems like the free features are going to be fine for us. So far, I've shared the playlist with another person, and she added several photos. It was easy to crop a few of the photos as I added them to the playlist. There is ZERO interaction required by the viewer to see the new photos. That's going to be the key to this being a great gift for my mom.The frame itself is nice. It's plastic, but it doesn't look cheap. The screen is very good. They make a higher resolution version, but that's not what I needed for my mom. I was holding the frame about a foot away, and most of the photos were still very sharp. From a more reasonable viewing distance, the resolution should be more than adequate.There are a lot of settings to tweak, but I only changed a few for now. I'm impressed with how much control one has over the display, timing, effects, and other aspects of the presentation.We'll have to see what my mom thinks once she opens it for Christmas, but I'm expecting this to maintain its five-star rating. Even after about 30 minutes, I'm very impressed and completely satisfied with the purchase.UPDATE: As expected, my mom loved it because she doesn't have to do anything. My brother and dad have added photos, which made her happy. Mission accomplished!
