This device had the most difficult time turning on for me. The directions in the pack aren't very clear if you have technological issues or need to troubleshoot. Once we got it up and running, it was fairly easy to download the appropriate app, find the frame, and upload photos. There is a caption at the corner that will be there when you upload an image to the device.

I purchased 2 for Christmas gifts in Oct 2025. One went to my mother in law opened and set up 12/27/24. It’s has been 2 and a half weeks the power cord doesn’t work.The window to return is closed. I have a skylight and it is much better quality. Do not buyMy mother in law

I initially purchased this for a globe trotting family member but I’ve never had a digital frame before and loved the idea since I’m an avid traveler as well. So I got it for myself and love it. Now I’m able to enjoy my fab pics and vids away from my phone which brings sweet memories. I love that I can transfer the pics via WiFi but there is also the option to link via SD card or USB. I have t tried those. I only wish there was a way to control how fast or pics switch. My mom loved it and I got her one.

I love this frame! The quality is nice, and I like how this frame is customizable. You can set the time, date, sleep mode , etc. It also displays the time and the weather. Also you can have several family members send pictures to the frame and it is incredibly easy. Me and my boyfriend send pictures to the frame all of the time. The quality is great. It has a touch screen so you can also toggle through the photos if you’d like. I found that set up was very easy. I love how my pictures are crystal clear and the colors are perfect. This is definitely the screen quality I was looking for and I am also happy that it was very easy to use. I already plan to purchase one for my mom for Christmas.

I purchased this for my family this christmas and I was a little nervous that they wouldn't like it. They LOVE it. My husband set it up and had the kids download the app. Setup was fast and easy and we were all adding our pictures on Christmas Day! My youngest has been sitting and watching the frame for hours. It's such a beautiful way to share our favorite pictures. It was definitely worth the price, it's the perfect size and is a well- designed product.

I was watching for a digital photo frame for quite some time and decided to buy one - LOVE IT!!! Instructions were easy to understand, setup was quick and the download of the App went smoothly. This Wi-Fi-connected frame has a 10.1 inch, color-calibrated digital display and can be set up using the free android or iOS app. The frame stand can be horizonal or vertical. I've sent some pictures wirelessly using my phone and it was seamlessly easy. The App allows you to add another person’s phone to digital photo frame so you can ask them to add pictures as well. The display resolution is very good and bright. The touch screen is very responsive. The frame runs on Android version. There are a ton of different options and features to choose from on the frame, like time display, captions, sound with videos, display timers, brightness, etc. This is a great price and works very well.
