The DPF Spray Gun (one piece of the kit) is for cleaning clogged diesel particulate filters in passenger cars, SUVs light to medium duty trucks including those powered by Duramax and Cummins engines. The DPF Spray Gun provides the power for the wand to spray both the Cleaning and Purge fluids to the DPF to clean and then flush dissolved containments out of diesel particulate. Returns optimum vehicle handling, engine performance and lowers fuel consumption. Regular cleaning in combination with flushing can help avoid expensive repair costs including the replacement of the diesel particulate filter which can cost upwards of $3,000. Liquid Moly's DPF Spray Gun must be used in conjunction with DPF Cleaning Fluid (LM 5169), DPF Purge (LM 5171) and the DPF Cleaning Wand and 5 spray tips (LM 7945).

Ich habe mit dem Teil Liquid Film NAS verarbeiten und das hat perfekt funktioniert.Davor hatte ich die billigen (nicht funktionierenden) mit dem blauen Becher. Kein Vergleich - die hier funktioniert einfach nur: Auffüllen, Anstecken und los ging es.Ich habe sogar eine 2m lange Sonde mit Bohrsprühkopf verwendet - das hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

This LIQUI MOLY branded version worked perfectly and will kept for preventative maintenance of the DPF, It is expensive for what it is but it was still the lowest price then any of the other branded Fluid Guns out there, from looks alone I think the other more expensive ones you’ll come across when Googling DPF Fluid Guns seem to be exactly the same apart from the branding markings and the tubes & accessories that you need to purchase separately on top of the price of the Fluid Guns.I would also say you can make your own fluid delivery tube if you have the ability to make up & adapt the gun yourself because what these companies are asking for the accessories it way overpriced.

Spray gun for cleaning DPF worked well... or as good as I could see without removing the DPF. Price was a tad high considering the nozzle attachment was not included however that piece was quite expensive. All together, I was in over $300 for the Spray Gun and Spray Nozzle. The cleaning solutions were another separate charge. I know I will be using this as a DIY service but $300+ seems high for a DIY tool. I still needed it so I over time I intend to get a lot of use from it. The product itself well made and feels sturdy and solid. Nothing feels loose or flimsy. Rated it as 4 stars due to price but it is a good tool.
