This is a great spray gun for the price. Ideal for diy jobs as it only requires a small compressor yet produces a great finish. Low overspray also means less material is used. Highly recommended!

R500 guns are sold under different "brands" but effectievly they are all the same products from the same factory. I don't know if there's any difference in quality control between "barnds", probably just the roll of dice if it was a good or bad production day.To my surprise the one I received is very well manufactured, machining is top notch, and having larger nozzles for thicker primers etc is a nice but honestly I would use a dedicated primer gun separate from my base/clear coat guns. But if you are DYIer with rare projects to cover and extra time for extra throughly cleaning the gun between products, then having those extra nozzler is nice over purchasing another gun.Make sure you wash the gun throughly before use, it came with protective? grease all over the cup and needle action, you don't want that mixed in your pait and cause defects.

First time I used the gun it developed on air leak at the nozzle part 41 and 42. You can't get replacement part you get the run around. I got in contact with the seller Jack small engine he says call California air tool it's under their warranty. Yeah good luck with that no contact information no customer service! My advice would be to go to Harbor freight if you want a cheap gun at least you can take it back to the store!

unfortunately I dropped the gun and broke the air adjustment nozzle before I ever got use the gun. the problem is not being able to get replacement parts for a Chinese gun , I emailed the factory and have gotten no reply .

Very nice product not sure if it's an actual lvlp gun as the stats are only slightly lower than my other hvlp gun but I'm very happy with the gun so far

I’m a retired auto painter sold all my sata and Iwata guns when I quit,now I’m at it again in my home shop,just bought this and sprayed some bike parts with the 1.3 laid it down like glass very impressive

It comes with plenty of options: 3 different sized nozzles, a pressure gauge, controlling the spray width and distance, a tool with multiple openings that fit every nut in the sprayer, and couple of cleaning brushes. I tried all 3 nozzles and they work great. The 1/4" NPT connectors work well with my air compressor and tube.The customer service was also superb. The first item I've received was leaking, and since the manual had complete parts list, I disassembled the piece where it was leaking and found a washer was missing. They sent a replacement that doesn't leak, and I verified that all the parts including the washer were there.Very handy and convenient paint sprayer.
