This is a really fun little building set. I had a hard time understanding the instructions, but my son was able to put it together no problem.

Not much to write about this, it's an excellent small set. I personally love it and I think if you're into LEGO and are Christain, then yeah I would recommend this. Piece quality is average. No extra pieces, so good luck if you lose a piece. No missing pieces, all pieces were there. Overall pretty good.

We build these block type sets a lot in my house. When I say a lot, I mean we have approaching 50 sets or more. So we are no stranger to these sets and how they should function.I will start with the good. It is a very cute and unique building blocks set. The entire reason I ordered it was because it is so unique I knew it would be a conversation piece. So, on that, it delivers. That however, is where the good ends...unless you count Jesus. But really, the pieces are ill-fitting. There are significant gaps in the base because the pieces do not fit together flush. The base also curves upwards on both the right and left, and there is no way to counteract this. Also, the sash does not click together tightly in two spots, so if you barely touch it, it indeed will come apart. Good-luck moving it! (I had to put mine back together TWICE!)Speaking of the sash (the red pieces when building), there are 2 pieces which are identical except that they are reverse images of one another. In the directions they give no way to differentiate the 2. So, when I reached the 1st step requiring one of these pieces (no way to know there was a 2nd as it is small and easy to miss in the box), I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why I had found all the right pieces, yet there was no way to get this to go together as pictured. I had to skip it. It was not til I neared the end of the project that I found there was another identical piece but reversed. Had the instructions been as specific as needed this could have easily been avoided. The directions also give no indication on when you need to flip the build and add underneath. I had to guess whether the instructions were stating to build on top or bottom (it does vary throughout this project). Also, there are absolutely no extra pieces. Most sets on the very small bits like flowers, or one-piece studs, they will include a few extra of each in case of mispackaging or dropping while building. This included none. So when I dropped a few circle studs, and found them all but one, I had to pull blocks from a different set.Overall, given all the issues, as well as the very small size of this build, I also believe it to be overpriced.

I like the idea of celebrating a holiday or special event with brick-building sets. I found this set and was eager to give it a try. I enjoyed putting this set together, overall, although it took me a bit longer to put together than I expected.I wish I could say all the pieces snapped together easily, and most do but some don't. I don't see that little ones would enjoy putting this set together with some assistance from an adult or older sibling. I'm typically accepting of sets that have missing pieces or confusing directions, but when you combine these with bricks that don't snap together, I would recommend this for older kiddos or adults who are up to the challenges this set brings.Knowing the challenges, I will most likely put this set together again around Easter time (once I get the missing pieces).

This little construction set is exactly as shown in the picture, both in terms of size and colors. It has 236 pieces, most of which are small, If small children will build it, should be supervised by an adult.Regarding the quality of the product:-Most of the pieces are quite tight and need to apply some force to put them together, so if your little one is putting it together, you should help push them in hardly so they stay in place.-In the case of the green base, it's not completely flat; it curves a little bit, especially the left hand side, it tend to point upward, which makes the pieces not hold together well. I fixed this issue by placing the assembled base in hot water for 5 seconds and then placed between two flat surfaces and waited to cool down then continue assembly.-Note that the green and red pieces, despite are the same color, the tone is slightly different and only noticeable when the figure is under bright light. This set of building blocks is great for family fun at home. The pieces fit tightly, which is beneficial for keeping structures intact, but it does require some effort to assemble. If you're building with young children, setting the pieces in place can be a bit challenging, and mistakes are difficult to correct since the blocks are tough to remove.

This set is a cute idea, and it's really nice and colorful. However--after three hours, I just gave up on this. As nice as it is to have a Jesus toy, for me, this one just doesn't quite hit the mark--especially for a 6 year old. Here are my issues:- I found some of the instructions to be extremely confusing--maybe if you do a lot of building block kits, it may come a bit easier for you. I doubt if a 6 year old could figure them out.- I had a difficult time getting some of the pieces to snap into place. They just didn't fit properly. I had to press some of the pieces down on my table to get them together. They took a lot of strength and effort--I can't imagine 6 year old children doing this on their own.- One end of the grassy platform refuses to lay flat on the table. I tried everything I could think of, but no luck.

This building set is an amazing concept to bring prayer into play, and a beautiful way to keep Jesus close to our minds and hearts, even for children. The pieces work well and the colours are very nice, the building is very fun and it’s great as a toy and as a decoration once built. I love incorporating our faith - in fun ways - into our playtime. Wonderful set!
