Essentially a cheaper, non-brand rival to the LEGO Botanicals range, this set contains 330 good-quality pieces plus a few spares of small parts and a detailed instruction booklet. This is the first such set I've ever seen with an inarguable Goth vibe to it. Totally love it. And when assembled, the black roses, with elements of purple and dark red amongst them, with nice, dark green foliage, look very impressive indeed.Far better, in fact, than the listing's dismally rubbish images showing the product badly superimposed on random stock photographs - especially the one where, for no apparent reason, they've put a left hand on the lady's right arm (the image with the tribal mask in the background). No, really, look at it - it's disturbing). The most notable difference between this and similar LEGO sets is that no vase or other holder is included (as is very clearly stated in the listing). LEGO Botanicals usually have bricks provided for some manner of 'base'.But it's very easy to stick these in any manner of vase, etc.The parts come well packaged in a sturdy box and are all entirely compatible with LEGO.

This set of HOGOKIDS black flower bouquet is a really creative way of making your own display. A famous brand has similar product lines and this one arrives in a box that's similar to those. There's 330 pc and comes backed in baggies just like the known brand. Has a lot of smaller pieces and a fun build with instructions included The instructions are fairly easy to follow with clear steps detailed. I've not built the whole thing yet but taking it slower and enjoying the build. The all black colours and gothic feel are great for a darker room so it'll look lovely when finished!

Got this set to build for Halloween, but for the sake of leaving a review promptly I had a quick look through the box. I've got a fair amount of authentic Lego/Technic, and also my fair share of fake, Lepin, YWWOB, Shein etc. Whilst some have their problems with both compatibility and general QC (i.e. missing bits), this kit had all the bits and also was good quality. The instructions were laid out in a similar manner to what you'd be used to, with plenty of individual bags to unwrap as you go along, so it shouldn't prove a hard build. I did open a bag to check out the quality and compatibility with authentic sets and thankfully there appear to be no issues. You also get a brick separator which is a nice touch.Overall I'd say the price point was maybe a tad high, with fake being cheaper I'd expect to pay more like £15-20 for a 330-piece set rather than £28. Still, it's a unique set and if you're a fan of the brick-built flowers then it's a nice addition to your collection.

There's a real interest in botanical sets, but I've yet to see one with a gothic theme. This set is made up of good plastic pieces with good clear instructions. It is a little pricey but will cater to a niche. It comes in a nice presentation box so would be good as a present. As to the building itself, it's easy enough with no hard techniques, so even though the theme doesn't aim for children, it would be easy enough for 6+.
