The performance of the label maker is great. It super easy when you figure out how to use it. The size is easy storage. The quality of the print could be just a bit better. Overall a good spend, money well spent

Great little label maker. Works perfectly for making small labels. The only problem I see is the replacement label’s are only available in packs of three so that’s fine if you’re doing a lot of labels. The software is easy to use and the printing looks great. I would recommend it and the price is great too.

This unit is easy to use and economical so much so I purchased a second one to take back to Canada

Like most of these small Bluetooth printers it only works on phone app which makes it somewhat more difficult to use (as opposed to a laptop). But this one is better than most. It is fully configurable as to the size of labels being used and the font selections. Also has a built in cutter for the labels rather than just a tear off design. Very nice print quality.

I purchased this printer and it’s cute and compact. Just what I was looking for! Except it will not pair with my iPhone for the life of me I have tried everything that can be done. Deleted the software and reinstalled, turned it on and off a million times, turned Bluetooth on and off countless times. NOTHING WORKED!

I've used plenty of label makers, none bluetooth, but this is a pretty standard thermal printer (meaning it can only print in black, but you never need to refill ink). However, the problem is that the manual AND the app are horribly translated to english, which makes setting the thing up a test of patience and trail and error. For instance, the start-up manual does not tell you that you need to take the roll of stickers out, open it, and then stick it back in. On top of that, it says to load sticker side down while the picture shows sticker side up, and you are supposed to load it sticker side up (the laser is on the top, opposite of the cutter switch). You do need to wait for this thing to almost nearly charge before first time use, then you need to turn it on by holding the power button down for five seconds (it does not state that it takes five seconds to turn the machine on/off anywhere). NOW your app can connect to it.The app itself makes me a bit anxious. I hate the internet of things, but decided to try a bluetooth label printer anyway since I have more control over the design, but man does this thing want a lot of permissions, and it will just fail to work if you don't give it those permissions. Plus, the pop-ups explaining the permissions are completely incomprehensible due to translation errors. The first sticker you print after opening the tape compartment will be off-center, but all subsequent ones seem to be on or close to center.

After you download the app and charge the printer, you go to your phone settings (make sure the printer is on) and connect to to Bluetooth. In the app, select your device & print. Not sure why the other reviews were bad. I dropped mine and was able to put it back together and it still prints. Would recommend to someone who just wants a simple label maker.
