It works wirelessly but it’s not an AirPrinter. You have to save labels and convert them to a pdf and then save them to your files and then search for them to print. The print quality is okay but not the best. If you’re interested in printing straight to the printer spend the extra money and get a real AirPrinter.

Nice compact printer. It was able to handle square and small 1" round stickers. It provided gradient control of the gap between labels and actually see the changes reflected on the printing effectiveness. Something that the Label Range printer could not do at a driver level, as the features do not provide the expected results or do not work at all.. It does not feel as solidly built but you save some desk space. What it is concerning is the convoluted setup and the "smart" label detection while pressing the button on the unit itself.... it caused my printer to display a fast red blinking light that did not resolved even after power cycling and disconnecting the unit from my computer. Installed drivers 3 times... and then I gave up. Returned... just like the Label Range one. I re-ordered this one again.... will never use the label calibration button ever again. From now I will open the driver preferences and click on it to perform it with the "safer" software option. Quirky.... but flexible. One thing I noticed is that increasing the print density does not actually increases the power to make the label impression darker... instead it just makes more areas of the image darker... mid greys become black.... but the label print in itself remains kind of dark grey. Oh, well...UPDATE: 5-5 2025The unit I bought again is here. I printed 3 sets of 7 labels. Some problem with not printed the last few lines at the end of the 2x4" labels, no matter I select the right paper in both Windows preferences and the printer's driver itself. Adjusted the GAP and the vertical alignment.. it does move the image itself down, but it does not finish the last few mm of the image. It also has been badly assembled, and the top cover of my machine is popping out and I do not feel comfortable with the pressure needed to pop it back in (if it does at all), so I have to ignore my OCD and try to ignore it to the best of my ability. I am NOT trying a 3rd one.... I am done. I guess I was expecting too much.

I have this set up in my small business and now any one of my sales associates can print from the printer. They used to have to ask me to print out their labels, but I'm glad this printer has a wireless option. It prints UPS, USPS, and FedEx labels without any issue.I've also used it for labeling, and it seems to come out crisp and clean. No issue for the price. Since it can be set up wirelessly, I no longer have to have it sitting on my desk but it can be set up in a more convenient area freeing up valuable desk real estate. If you need a label printer, this is a pretty good option with nice features!

The printer is a compact unit with a small footprint. I like the Wi-Fi feature, as your laptop doesn't need tethered. It works fine with our Android phone. It also has a USB if you want or need it. It prints fast. However, the paper roll/stack does not fit inside like some printers.

It’s a little tedious to use. You cannot just use the print function of your iPhone because it isn’t recognized as a network printer in iOS. You have to print and save as a pdf on your local device then open with the Labelife app to print. You also need to manually crop and align it to properly print. Also your label with print on 2 or 3 labels so you need to manually select just the page with the label to print. I hope this is just software and we can get airpint to work on this label printer otherwise I’d much rather buy another label printer with the AirPrint capability.

Gets the job done once you spend the whole day learning how to work it and finding loopholes to figure out the software, needs a major update please!

This printer feels great. Quality is really nice and heavy. It being wireless is nice but for a label printer like this, I'm not sure why it needs to be wireless but hey, I'll take it. It doesn't store paper for a label printer so it has to sit loose behind it. The app works well and quick to pair. Just have to get more paper but it works great! Easy to feed, just make sure every time you remove the paper and refeed it, you lose a sheet.

This is a very good quality label printer that prints quality labels. You simply slide in the paper and it automatically takes it in and figures out the size of label. Then you just print and tear it off. I wish I could say that the setup was just as easy though. I started by connecting it to my PC. It's not plug-n-play ready so you need to connect it via a USB cable and then download and install software that forces you to connect to a wifi network. Once connected, it installs the drivers and configures the device. Then you can send something to print like you normally would (click print, select the USB or wifi version of the printer, and print it). I have no idea why it requires a wifi connection even if you just want to print via the USB cable rather than wifi. I'm not able to print via wifi at all, just the USB printer. I also had a blinking red light at one point and it wouldn't accept any paper. I tried turning it off and on, then various combos of button presses. And finally I was able to get the error cleared (not sure how). I later learned via the phone app that there are specific steps to take to clear it. But there was no way of knowing this without the app. Speaking of the app, I was able to install it fine but it took a few attempts to connect to the printer the first time. After that I am able to print from my phone without the need for the printer to be connected via USB. But as I said above, the USB cable needs to be connect to print from the PC (even if printing over wifi). After all the hiccups it's actually a really good printer and I'm happy to have it.
