The printer itself is really easy to set up. The label roll auto-aligns, and so far, I haven’t had a single issue with labels printing off-center. Once it’s up and running, you’re good to go.. the software connects to the printer automatically. The print quality is also pretty decent. I’ve used a few label printers before, and my biggest frustration has usually been the design software: it’s often clunky, limited, and not very user-friendly. This one is different. While you do need to use their software, called Nada Print, it actually includes some helpful features that other budget-friendly options tend to miss. One feature I really appreciate is being able to align not just the text within a text box, but also the text box itself. Another favorite is how easy it is to import images, you can even use freehand cropping to select exactly the part of an image you want. That’s something I’ve found sorely lacking in other label design programs. If you need to label things, this is definitely a product to consider.

Fast, silent, inkless little small business printer!I have another laser printer that is slow I… was shocked how fast this actually prints, I immediately started rubbing the sticker to make sure it wouldn’t just come off because it seemed TOO fast. Surely something HAD to be wrong. It’s dead simple to use, I’ve had a lot of printers before and this was hands down the easiest to setup, it even auto corrected the sticker roll for the first test print I did.The one downside I can see is that Nada Print has some error elements in Chinese, anyone with a smartphone can just screenshot/translate stuff like that but I am absolutely certain some people will flail their arms like wacky inflatable tube dudes about it.If you’ve ever used Vista Print to design a business card, Nada Print is on that level of “Here’s a base template, edit it to suit your needs.” Or you can import your own design but I didn’t test that aspect out. The pre-cooked public use clip art templates will serve 99.9% of any business or home use.I also really appreciated that Nada Print didn’t ask me to sign up or in or anything. I tried the photo and it obviously needed to ask for access to my camera, but it asked only when I tried to use that functionality. Major respect for that! The unit itself feels really solid, comes with a charging cable (usbc) and a roll of stickers inside the unit, which means it went through rattling chaos to get here and that it won’t damage if you travel with the unit/paper roll inside.Wholly recommended for small businesses like myself or even just households who want to print little black and white stickers and labels!

This is an excellent little label printer! I have a smaller nelco maker and since I love it so much, I wanted a machine that would print larger, square labels as well. This one does the job, great quality labels, no ink is needed! Now, the software is not as easy to use or as versitile as the Nelco app. I was able to create my own custom labels with the included app, but there are limited label frames and images when compared to the nelco version. Also, after installing the app and connecting to the label machine, it did not immediately print my label. I needed to close the app, then off the machine, then start everything up again in order for it to print. Which is did! But for anyone tech challenged, this might be a little tricky to get started using. If you don’t already have a label maker, I recommend one as they are much more handy than you might realize. I use my two label makers weekly, if not daily.

This is a simple, easy to use label maker. It it compact and also came with a roll of tape. I ordered this because it claimed that you can print photos and images from a phone. Unfortunately, it was unable to print any images - it printed a bunch of jammed up lines. It prints text fine, so that's all I'll be using it for.

The printer itself:The device itself is nicely compact, surprisingly heavy for its size (which suggests it is made with quality heavy duty components). Once I installed the paper roll, connected the printer to my iPhone via Bluetooth and created a label, I was surprised by how fast this thermal printer actually shoots out the label and the print quality is pretty good, too.My experience with set-up:The Quick Start Guide is well written and easy to follow; however, it would have been better if they had a added a section on troubleshooting common problems/solutions around Bluetooth pairing and readjusting the paper labels if they are printing off center.I found set-up to be a bit finicky, especially trying to pair this to my iPhone via Bluetooth. It took a number of tries, turning the device on/off multiple times, before I finally got it to connect. The next frustration I encountered was my text being cut off on the left side of the paper labels, despite the app showing the text as properly centered. I had to remove, readjust, re-insert and test print a single label over 30 times (30 wasted labels) until I finally got it working. Finally, while the "Nada Print" app is fairly easy to navigate, when first starting out with a new mini printing device it is always helpful to have a large variety of useful and attractive templates and designs to work with until you familiarize yourself with the numerous editing options available. Unfortunately, the app had very few, if any, useful templates. My overall experience was one of frustration so I'm not glad that I got this device and I therefore wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
