The printer uses thermal technology, which largely solves the problem of changing ink cartridges for me and reduces some expenses. In addition, the printing effect of this printer is unexpectedly clear.I have no doubt it will out perform any printer that you are currently using for shipping labels.

Packaging it arrived in was good. Nothing was broken. I read through the instructions and found them to be fairly easy to understand. I did not use the thumb drive to download the driver, but chose to download it from the website instead. The instructions to download the driver are spot on! I plugged the printer in and printed a USPS label.It was clear and easy to read. The post office did not have a problem scanning the bar code. This printer is also fast and will print a series of labels quickly, which is very nice.

I purchased this as a temporary printer and it has become a permanent fixture. Probably put over 10000 labels through it since purchased and not one hiccup. Still runs same as the first day. Currently printing approximately a hundred labels a day with ease. I was so excited to get this printer for my sourdough business.When I was using the software, I found that "My Label" not only allows me to find labels I designed myself, but also allows me to modify them using the “templates” they provided. This is a very thoughtful design.I would highly recommend this company and printer.
