It's BTLE not Bluetooth. Pretty much useless if you plan on using it with an iPad like we did. Customer service is absolutely horrible and will be fooling you into thinking it's possible to use an iPad with BTLE while it's not. The only thing you can do is do the initial setup of the printer, but after that, you will not be able to print labels from an iPad, at least not from the web browser (Safari).
