I have tried several pool vacuums now and this one by far is the best! What I really like about this product is that it communicates with the pool vacuum under water unlike most all the other ones I have tried. This one also comes with a remote control that is super easy to use and operate when needed. The cleaning modes are very efficient, and the pool vacuum has really good cleaning power. The pool vacuum is well build, feels really well made. The cleaning basic is easy to take out and clean and re-install. The battery lasts about 1 hour before needing to be charged. What I also like about this vacuum is once the battery is almost dead, I can pair it with the remote and drive it up the side of the pool so I dont have to get into my pool to retrieve it. I highly recommend this one!

App won’t let you get past terms and conditions. Tried reinstalling app but still no luck. Called customer service only to get a voice recording that states the mailbox is full. Seemed like it would be a convenient cleaner but without a functional app you CANT get update the firmware. At $1000.00 they should have customer support. I’m going to return to Amazon for a refund Btw, made in China

Second update: appears to have stopped working. Fully charged and don’ won’t start cleaning from app or unit. Less than a month. Regardless if you have a rectangle pool it could be okay. Still don’t think the sensors do anything but without rectangle, it’s too wide to get into the corners. Moved to 2 starsUpdate: while it appears to have gotten most of the leaves, I’ve watched it bump into the walls over and over so my belief is the sensors are nonsense. Not overly impressed so far. I will update if it gets better. First run it started to climb the walls to do the water line but was missing a lot of spots and not getting to the top after a little bit. Pool is real dirty so I switched to floor mode and figured maybe that be better. It did pickup stuff and generally was able to get off the drains but for 1000 dollars I don’t really know what is different from 500 dollar cleaner. It appears to just be cleaning randomly and not with any pattern. It also doesn’t seem to be using the sensors. Are they really sensors? Anyway the basket was full when it ran out of battery and I’ll try again tomorrow. So far it looks to be going back as it doesn’t appear to use a pattern like they claim nor using sensors for anything.

So far, I’ve been using this robot for over a month, and my conclusion is that I’m extremely satisfied—it’s the perfect pool robot for me. I’ll share my experience with it over this period to provide you with a reference for your purchase. If you’re looking for a robot with strong cleaning power, excellent mobility, and long-lasting performance, this is currently the best choice.First, this machine is really fast. Even though it has tracks, it moves on wheels—the rear wheels have a sponge-like outer ring, which I believe enhances grip, allowing it to move very quickly. After a full charge, it can run for a long time. My setting are waterline and floor cleaning in weekly mode . With this setup, I only charge it once a week.Another feature I love is the motor-driven brushes. You can even adjust the brush speed with the remote control! This is especially useful in waterline mode. I’ve observed that when the robot is cleaning the bottom and reaches the edge, it stops while the brushes keep working—unlike any other robot I’ve seen. A few times, I forgot to clean the filter basket, but the robot still performed well. However, I did notice that if the filter mesh gets too clogged, it affects the robot’s ability to climb walls. Fortunately, the app has a filter-full alert, which I really appreciate. The robot is smart. It navigates around drain and stairs without getting stuck. The most impressed is the waterline cleaning mode. When the robot is on the wall, it pauses briefly (I’m not sure why), but after that pause, it maintains perfect stay on the waterline. The motorized brushes tilt while moving, ensuring part of them stays below the waterline—this is true waterline cleaning performance!Secondly, as I mentioned earlier, since the robot has a short cable, I can control to it anytime. start/stop, or settings before restarting. It comes with a remote control that resembles a game controller—if you’ve flown a drone, you’ll be familiar with the controls. The robot’s speed is very, very, very fast! The app is the best I’ve seen so far, allowing setting for robot speed, cleaning duration, and cleaning mode anytime. You can even schedule cleanings down to the exact day and time. It also lets you get the robot from the wall , making it easy to grab the handle and lift it out of the water—super convenient. One minor issue: in scheduled mode, the robot shuts down after cleaning and only reactivates at the next scheduled time. I think this could be improved—maybe by allowing a wake-up command or providing a status indicator.A possible limitation is that since the robot moves on wheels, it might struggle with very large steps. If your pool has many stairs, this is something to consider. There’s so much more to share about this robot—the app, the remote control, the motor brushes. I’ll keep using it, paying close attention to its durability and performance, and will keep updating my findings.

The original unit I received did not work - I got it set up with the app, put it in the pool and started it up. It ran for a few minutes then died. I had to fish it out from the bottom of the pool because it lost connection to the app. Reset it, made sure it was fully charged and tried again - same outcome. I returned it and then the seller reached out to offer a replacement. The replacement came and I had an issue where the robot kept getting stuck on the slopes of my pool in the deep end. I contacted the seller and they suggested checking the firmware in the app. I updated the firmware and everything seems to be working now. Make sure if you purchase this that you update the firmware.Overall, the vacuum seems to be working as well as my corded dolphin, but the like the flexibility of having the fine mesh filter that you can add if you don't have a lot of large debris to pick up. I also like the app with the ability to control the movement of the vacuum and direct it around the pool. I've used it for spot cleaning in some hard to reach places and use it to have the robot climb the side of the pool for me to fish it out.
