These are a very good quality pin with a gold finish and black detail. These pins are perfect for an employee appreciation award, as advertised. However, I picked them up to give as random acts of kindness or little displays of appreciation for a kindness done to me. This would be a nice reminder to teens, too. Recommend

This is a really cool pin. It is a gold tone zinc with an enamel front and rhinestone crystal. The pin is well made and everything is spelled correctly. The enamel on the front is solid and you will not have to worry about it chipping through normal use. You even get a rhinestone crystal on the bottom that adds a nice touch. The pin is solid and the pinback connects to the pin with no issues and it is difficult to pull the pinback off of the pin. The who thing comes together nicely and anyone you give this to will be happy to receive it. If you are looking for a nice pin to give to someone check this set out. You get a lot for your money and the pins can be worn for years to come.

These pins are lovely. They are as expected nice metal and enamel pins. I love the small stone that adds the little extra touch of refinement.They arrived speedy and undamaged.I am please at the amount of 50 for the price of 30 dollars, which seems like a decent value. and i know there will be plenty for my workplace.I'm excited to see these getting handed out at my job so that my coworkers can feel the appreciation they deserve!

bought these as little tokens for Teacher Appreciation Week at my son's school, and let me tell you—instant morale boost! The pins are surprisingly classy—gold trim, a sparkle in the middle, and that bold "You Make a Difference" message that makes you feel like you're handing out mini-awards. They didn’t feel cheap or flimsy either—more like something a motivational wizard would hand out after a job well done.Watching the teachers’ faces light up when they got them was half the fun. It was like giving out gold stars, but for grown-ups who deserve way more than gold stars. Super easy to hand out, too—each came in its own little bag, which made me look like I had my life together. Ten out of ten, would pin again.

I am super happy with these pins! Each one is individually wrapped. There is a nice sparkly ‘diamond’ on the front. I like that it doesn’t reference any particular achievement, like ‘years’, or employee of the month, etc, so it can be used for any occasion. Very happy!

I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of these little pins. They are individually packaged, which makes them nice for presentations. They are classy and a bit understated which makes them look higher quality. The little jewel is a nice touch and makes them more noticeable.

These came exactly as I expected them to come. I wasn't sure at first if they were embossed or not, and from the photos it looked like they were. I was happy to see that they were! For the number of pieces you get, this is a really great value.

I saw these pins and immediately new I had to acquire them for my staff. They are extremely well made, high quality process and materials. Very beautiful to the eye.
