I think it’s good quality, however much too long when I need to perform rotations to extract the tick, the forcep works but can rip the body from the head and the head can stay in the dog’s body. I have other tools that are shorter that are much better. I don’t recommend

I bought these just before we went on a hiking vacation and took our dogs. The day it was delivered it was used! My husband had a tick on his ankle after doing yard work. It was a tiny one and the tweezers worked perfectly and quickly! The tools are sturdy and precise. Some of those plastic ones are too chunky and hard to grasp much with. We haven't had to use on the dogs yet but when we have used it on us the set was easy to use, worked fast and easy to clean. It's a nice looking set, the weight of the tools is great and it has a storage tube.

Just pulled off a nasty ugly fat tick from my dogs shoulder, first time using the V shaped tool, the tick popped right off and was stuck in tool, worked perfect , so easy.
