the color of the wood was much darker than the pictures.*the instruction manual is not accurate and i had to struggle to go back a couple steps to reverse some wood panels to correct it which cause some wear and tear damage.

Impossible to put together. It's manufactured wrong so parts don't fit in correctly. Waste of money do not buy.

I was able to put this record stand together myself for the most part. I was in need of an advisor because the instructions weren't good enough. Not a completely refined audiophile, I use a micro stereo system from the 00's and was able to accommodate it as well a cable box, telephone service and handset, about 80 records, 20ish 45s, cleaning supplies, about 40 cassettes and an alligator head. Oh and the record player. Not bad for a record stand. I highly recommend it as it is sturdy and nice in size. The LED lights are fine and work well, but they aren't a reason to buy this stand. Hope this helps!

The stand is pretty solid once assembled. Except for one part in the directions not showing clearly which way the panels face, it was easy to put together. I did not put the short shelf in the center as to use that space to hold more records. It’s a good thing I did because all together it only holds 135 LPs. I was under the impression this stand could hold more than that (as advertised). The stand is a bit smaller than I was imagining but it looks good and a solid build. It doesn’t feel wobbly or flimsy at all. My ONLY gripe is that it does NOT hold as many records as it says. I got this to hold ALL of my LPs but it seems that is not the case.
