Works just as good as from the box, all bottons work, no stick drift, charging works, only slight inconvenience is the thumb stick is a little uneven so Its not smooth on one part of the wall but other than that great buy.

I got this knowing it might not work perfectly but half of the buttons don’t work or stick when pushed. It cost close to what a new one might cost. I took a chance on a refurbished since I’ve read they are good. I was very wrong don’t ever buy refurbished you will have to waste time to send it back which is a hassle. They make it difficult to return it over other products as you have to ship it back and can’t use a staples or return center like everything else. Would give zero stars if I could. Mostly for the hassle of return on top of the defective “refurbished” item.

I absolutely love the versatility of this little controller. The build quality is sound and firm and it feels well made.The adjustability on the triggers is perfect when switching between racing and FPS games. The ability to adjust the tension on the thumb sticks is a functionality I never knew I needed until I discovered how well it lets you tune your control in. I recommend getting a charging case with the accessories for it, so you can utilize the back padals (The ones in the photo were aftermarket) as well as different analog stick configurations.That being said, just realize that it can have trouble with certain games, on PC at least. I've tried updating the firmware reinstalling the drivers and even reinstalling the game. But for whatever reason it just seems to want to keep resetting whenever I play Hollow Knight via Bluetooth connection. It works fine when is connected with the USB, it just doesn't like the Bluetooth for some reason. Though, that's not the fault of the controller, that's the fault of the game, as every other game I play with it, both on Xbox and PC, work perfectly well.There are some small quirks here and there, like using magnets to keep the buttons connected makes me a little nervous about losing parts, and the back padals are fairly small and a bit awkward for me and my big hands. But I don't think it diminishes my experience enough to make it not worth the purchase. I think you would be well pleased with your experience if you are an avid gamer.

Why do you pay so much but no case or the buttons that should come with ?Make sure you read the description before you purchase especially when you're spending over one hundred dollars

This product works exactly as it is intended to everything works perfectly and you cannot get stuck soft on it so over time you will save a bunch of money on Xbox controllers also you get many more features by buying this controller because of the anti stick drift and very customizable features it has including the color of the Xbox button and the back pedals
