Had I realized that the handle was going to constantly slide down after tightening it when I extend it, I would have just bought one at the exact size I needed so I don't have to keep fighting it every time I use it

Does not lock well when extended. Will shorten with any pressure put on it.

These long handled scoopers are wonderful!If you have back problems and or it is difficult to bend down, this long handled scooper is very helpful! One of the best products I have bought for me to use for cleaning the litter box!

Love this and am actually going to buy it for my sister as well. A terrific back saver when you 'get' to clean 5 litter boxes. The length is easily adjustable and saves the aches and pains. Wonderful item.

I purchased the XXL. The scooper is sturdy and light weight. It extends from 26 inches to 40 inches. My measurements are not exact but appear to be exactly as mentioned. The extra length is perfect if you have knee issue or back issues. It’s a great purchase.

I'm 81 and don't have a really good back this helps me clean the cat litter, several times a week. I really dose help my back, since I don't have to bend over as much, and as far either.
