I do not like the scooper in the picture when I ordered it it showed it had a flap so when you scoop up the clumps they don’t fall back out but this did not have the flap as shown and stuff falls back out, it’s horrible. I gave one star because concept is good.

The idea concept is wonderful but the opening and container are too small. There is a ledge at the bottom of the scooper that blocks too much of the opening making the transfer of clumps next to impossible to shift into the base. I clean the box everyday. This shouldn’t be a problem but it is. May work for a kitten but not my 12 lb cat.

The box was already opened and it was issuing the part that covers the opening to stop waste from coming back out when scooping a second time.

Takes a few tries to get the hang of flipping the solids over the lip into the bag. A little cumbersome trying to get bag in place. Often have to touch scooping surface in order to open compartment.

If you are cleaning up after one cat, this will likely be fine for you. I use clumping litter, for 2 cats and 1 chihuahua. Due to the smaller opening on the scoop, it limits the size of clumps you can slide into it, and the clumped litter ends up falling off/onto my hand etc. The opening is 2" deep, which isn't big enough.

I have developed a love / hate relationship with this. While this should be designed differently, I can still appreciate the concept behind this.It does work, but you need to get use to this. Inserting the bags was not horribly hard, but there is pulling and lining the bottom of the piece (this is where the litter will go). So,once lined, you pop the top part back on (the actual scooper) and it kind of locks into place.I have to work with it a lot more and I will, maybe, find a way to keep this secure when I use it. Weight is minimal, but I admit the materials used is pretty decent.A few observations:- when you scoop its hard to control the scooper because of its size and weight, soclean" litter ends up in the bag;- The part that pops on actually falls out of its hole as you are scooping and this is because the ere is nothing really holding it down securely.You have to press the lever in order to get a good grip on this thing so when you scoop you can lose some of the waste and have to go and pick it up again.

It works well for its intended purpose, however it would benefit if the opening was wider for the larger clumps. Overall very happy with the purchase as it makes frequent scooping much more convenient!

I only used this product once, and it was pretty good for what it’s worth. Its plastic is good quality and it does a good job scooping the feces, but only if you’re cleaning a little bit of poop. If you’re needing to clean 6 litter boxes like I have, then it’s not worth it. I had to change the bag like every five scoops, and the opening is a bit too small for big clumps. I would recommend this product to anyone that has only one cat who cleans out their litter box daily, because that’s what it would be perfect for. But for myself, with 4 cats who doesn’t clean their litter boxes every day, not worth it. It comes with a butt load of bags though. Also, the scooper itself gets very dirty very fast, as opposed to a stainless steel scooper.

It is not working! The cat litter that you collected would throw out when you want to scoop againAlso the scooper is not fix to the container and it suddenly separate. I didn’t see any protector lid in the packageI returned it and now use a $2 scooper and happy with it!
