6.Pour the scooped up liter into the bin at an angle

It's a great concept except there's too much fumbling to get each bag set up for the next scoop.The locking mechanism is tricky and pegs only go one way. Once I marked the base with a marker to line up the top part it was much easier.I like the individual disposal of the used litter. That's great. But separating the bag rolls to reline the scoop every time is Cumbersome.But it does work. It just needs some design improvement.
