Batteries do last long time which is a plus.. I also like the sound. Very close to clear sound, and loud enough to be easily heard. Built quality is very good. The range is very good, and is long enough range of a radio frequencies, actually I am very impressed. I would highly highly recommend it.

These radios are cheap and for a one time use or infrequent use I think they are good. There is no channel visual marker, it is audio only, which I do not like. The reception is decent at like a campsite or within mile. Anything beyond that is iffy. Overall decent for the money.

I gave this company one star just for delivery being on time other than that this is a total ripoff I got two radios two charge cables one plug that you plug in BUT no chargers for the radios they're totally useless do not buy this product they give you two dead batteries and no way to charge them the radios are useless that's a shame my little boy was so upset he just did not understand HE'S BEEN WAITING ON HIM TO GET HERE

They work well enough for what I need. They don't have much range and if more than 1 wall separates them. For the price, it's ok.

I used these as part of a haunted trial to communicate with staff further up the trail. They did the job perfectly.They are relative small and slim making it easy to place in a pocket. They did come with some belt clips, but we didn't end up using those. There was not any static noise and voices could easily be understood even over the scary music we had playing nearby. They charged up pretty quickly and the power outlet comes with two USB ports so both can charge off the same outlet.I was impressed with these and wasn't expecting much. Kids can use these, but they aren't designed specifically for kids, so they are great for adults also. If you are looking for something inexpensive, I would highly recommend picking these up for your short distance communication.
