Seemed to be well constructed but after only a few loads of laundry, they seem to be worn out. Disappointing.

I own an appliance repair company and have been replacing these for years. One of my clients had fallen on hard times and didn't have the money for whirlpool OEM rods so they bought these. I installed these and they lasted 2 weeks before the washer was bouncing around worse than it was with the original ones. I personally bought the OEM rods from searspartsdirect.com and the machine is working fine a year later. Don't waste your time and money. Spend the extra $50 and get the OEM rods. These are trash.

I had a washing machine that was horribly off balance so we purchased these to fix the issue. It did bandaid the issue for a little. But ultimately something else was broken and the washing machine was trashed. Suspension rods were great. Easy to install. Washing machine on the other hand was hot loud garbage...
