Samsung Washing machine stopped working, ordered this, pop'd it in and works like a champ. perfect fit, way cheaper than a service call! 10 minute install once the cabinet was apart, 30 min total. Took longer to disconnect, drain and move than the install.

I was able to replace my defective pump on my Samsung WF218ANW/XAC Washing machine using this part and the youtube tutorial from AlliancePartsPros. Was super easy and now it works like a brand new washer! Very happy!

We have a 11 year old Samsung WF328AAW and this unit worked like a charm. It installed without any issues and is working as advertised. My only complaint is that the hose that connects the drain unit to the elbow piece has clamps that are not easily removed (like the press clamps on the factory ones). I could replace it with the factory one, but I figured the rubber is newer, so I installed it as is. I'm not sure how long it'll last, but so far so good.

Might not have needed all the parts that are connected to this unit, however for the cost of this, based on the cost of just the motor well worth getting a few extra items replaced as well. it was an exact fit no problems. could i have gotten away with just the 18-22 pump motor only, sure. But if your like me, my washing machine is 19 years old and I figured well since I'm going to have it apart anyway I'd want to clean all the tubes with any build up in them. Well for the extra 20 bucks all the pipes that had the most build up in my washer came already installed on this part. So saved me a lot of cleaning.I've never worked on or opened an appliance before. This was my first attempt at it but when faced with 150+ repair bill, or 600-1000 replacement cost. Considering its 19 years old it was going to be replacement not repair man. I figured what the heck for right at, just under 50 bucks I'd give it a shot. Opened up youtube found my model number and watched a 20 min video on how to remove it and replace it. Now it took the Youtube guy 20 min to do the job, but it took me right at an hour. Which I did not think was bad for my first appliance disassembly.Final thoughts. Perfect fit, ease of doing the job on a 1easy-10hard scale. I'd give it a 3. I have a front loading washing machine and getting the boot off and back on is what gave it a 3. It has been almost a month and done 15-20 loads of clothes and that 19 year old washer is working like brand new.If I need parts in the future I'm sure I'd purchase from Parts4Appliance again.

This replacement pump fixed my Samsung washing machine's ND (not draining) issue. You must check all of the drain tubes and elbows to make sure that there are no blockages, otherwise, this could be a waste of money as it will burn out trying to push through a blockage. I didn't have a blockage, but the rubber check valve seemed pretty stiff. The old pump would run at the right time, but it just didn't have enough oomph left. This solved that and fit perfectly. My sole (minor) complaint is that the tube from the elbow to the pump is crimped and not a spring clamp, so that makes installation a little bit trickier than it would be if the pieces were separate. I kept the old tube and clamps, so I could always replace it if I wanted. Regardless, I am very happy with this item!

Purchased this part to replace our Samsung part AP4564724 in our Samsung front loading washing machine model WF218ANW.When it broke the washer would lock the door, then just sit. Occasionally it would show a ND error code for no drain.Instead of replacing just the pump motor (available for $30), I opted for this unit which replaces the whole drain assembly and hoses. Most importantly for me, there is a valve also included in the unit which is what was actually blocked and damaged on mine and the drain motor was also shot. So for $50 for this entire assembly, It was half price from the Samsung factory part and worked amazing. The factory part is on the left, replacement part on the right. You can buy just the drain pump motor for $30 on Amazon, but why not replace the whole assembly especially considering it comes with a new hose and that valve which wears over time.Ten year old washer and it’s working great again now.

Just installed Supco LP-1700A drain pump in a Samsung WF419AAW/XAA. The replacement pump appeared identical to the original Samsung pump and fit perfectly. We were having to drain the pump after every load to obtain a full spin of each load. The pump was pumping fine, but the discharge check valve was non-functional allowing the full volume of the drain hose to drain back into the pump and drain piping. This discharge check valve is not available separately from Samsung or aftermarket; it can only be purchased as part of the pump assembly. We ran a couple of test loads after repair, and the smelly drain water problem appears to be solved. Until there is some history with the pump, I will give this product 5 stars for value. It is half the price of an identical Samsung pump.

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer very cheap that was displaying the ND code. The person I bought it from said they never cleaned the washer filter, and I'd believe it! Just look at the pic!! After rinsing out a lot of gross gunk, tags, change and much pet hair I was able to get the washer to drain once or twice, then the error would pop up again. It was clear that the stock pump gave all it could, but had lost the game. The install of this new pump was pretty straight forward. I was able to replace it with just the back panel off and the filter door removed. It fit perfectly and has been running flawlessly for a few days now.My only complaint is that the hose clamps used on the replacement are permanently crimped on instead of the clamps you can remove by hand that came stock.
