These were a hit at my teens Tea Time party I gave her at age 14 years old. The girls picked their color and the hats looks so adorable! The quality was nice and the clips help well on the hair. They do not move around. No smell given off night bright colors.

The fascinators were packed tightly and are slightly misshapen, however that is probably due to their construction. They are fine for frivolity and sharing with a group of friends informally, but definitely are not appropriate for a wedding, church attendance, or apublic event. Considering the price, the purchase is worth it just for fun and the colors are fairly true.

Purchased for work Halloween we did Kentucky Derby and thought it might be wise to have some last minute things for staff that would like to dress up or add a little poof to their outfit. They seemed to be a hit. I purchased more for my friends so we can wear them for our Tea party outings. Just to add some whimsy and fun.
