I usually spray at 15ish psi, with nitro, cut down nearly 50%, with a mix of half retarder and half thinner. It sprays very well. All metal. Not as light and sleek. Smooth working as my Beetro "Touch up gun". I wanted a different dedicated gun with bigger tips to spray flake, or any metallics/pearls, for that matter, and this serves very well. The Beetro sprays the clears and colors. Both this and beetro are similar design, and similarly easy to clean in assembled form, or to disassemble for deeper cleaning. I've only had it spray strangely once. A deep cleaning of the screw-on spray nozzle cleared that up.I'd say the Beetro has it beat for feel, lightness, and sleekness. This one is more old-school in looks, and slightly heftier in the hand...but it's still a fine gun.https://www.amazon.com/BEETRO-Clearcoats-Stainless-Capacity-Professional/dp/B095P98B8S/ref=sr_1_2?crid=12DCVIWO3I3PW&keywords=Beetro+detail&qid=1663732541&sprefix=beetro+detail%2Caps%2C80&sr=8-2&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.006c50ae-5d4c-4777-9bc0-4513d670b6bc

I bought this because I figured TCP Global would have better quality than a Harbor Freight gun. I like to use these small touch up guns for inside wheelwells and under rockers, where i cannot always use my full sized gun. It holds such a small amount of paint that whenever you tilt the gun, it runs out of paint. Second, the lid has a hole straight into the cup for a vent. Anytime the gun tilts, you get paint running out of it!

13+ year auto painter i would not recommend this tool. i only bought it to hold and spray uncatalyzed clear for my spray out cards and it worked great for about 3 days then it started leaking at the head might not be a bad tool if u cleaned it every use but i keep clear in it all the time so it wasnt good for what i need it for

Good gun. Not a Devilbiss or Sharp but a good gun. It is the same gun as the Harbor Freight purple gun I have one also. The only reason I bought it was for the stainless steel cup. The Harbor Freight one works fine but the lid on the plastic cups swell or something and gets almost impossible to remove. This won't happen on the stainless cup. It comes with an adequate regulator shoots a decent pattern is adjustable to my liking. Yes you can get better guns and if all I did was shoot paint and clear coat all day I would get one. But these are cheap enough and do a good enough job for my work at a substantial savings. I do do a lot of spray work though. It is all in the surface prep anyway so buy one you won't be disappointed.

Seems to be well built for the price. I was needing a mini touch up gun for primer cut throughs. Did not want to spend a whole lot of money on one so I thought I'd give this one a try. For the price it is a very nice gun, a lot better than the ones you'd buy from retail box tool store. It actually comes with two neck filters one installed and one is loose in the box. Not a big deal but nice to have an extra. The regulator is huge compared to the gun but does the trick.Update: I used this to spot prime some cut throughs on a truck tailgate. This gun worked very well!
