  • Colad Snap Lid system is designed as a paint application system suitable for all types of paint. Wed advice to check with your paint supplier with micron to use for a specific type of paint. In general the 90 micron filter can be used for clear coat, the 130 micron for water based base and/or clear coat, the 190 micron for conventional base coat and the 280 micron for primer. However this might vary depending several conditions such as the recommendation from the paint manufacturer.
  • Colad Snap Lid System can be refilled by gently lifting one side of the lid, adding more paint and reattach the lid as recommended. We don't advise to refill more than once. If you want to refill Colad Snap Lid System, only do so if you paint in one go. If you have a certain time in between before re-using, wed advice to use a clean snap lid.

Why use a gravity feed system?

Due to the strong pressure in vacuum systems some dust or bigger paint particles that you want to filter out are pushed through the filter by the intense pressure. Colad Snap Lid System is a gravity feed system allowing all particles to be filtered out while spraying. A gravity feed system allows a continuous and constant material output as well, since it is based upon the original spray gun designs and engineering.
