This Lantern is a rare find. Is it too pretty, too nice to put it outside? Some folks may think so, and I have a repurpose idea for them. But first, please look at the 10 photos I included with this review. Photo # 1 is how it looks sitting on a shelf away from a window. Photo # 2 shows it sitting on its side in a bright room. It is a shiny pretty copper color. NOTE THAT THESE PHOTOS WERE NOT EDITED, except for being cropped. I am impressed with the welding and overall fit of the lantern… it reflects quality and attention to detail.Now, if you are like us and you decide to keep it inside, and have some minor do it yourself skills, you could replace the top with a plug-in LED light mounted under a bottle or jar lid that fits over the top and use the lantern as a night light or mood light.Using the lantern outside, you can either use the white light, or opt for colored lighting. If you choose color it cycles through its pallet of colors. I thought you could select the colored light you like best, and maybe you can, but I was unable to do it.We love this lantern, and I think you will too!,

Edited to change to 5 stars and say: Looking at other reviews I think I need to locate another button for the color feature. The other 'non-working' bulb is mentioned before-hand might be for that? Don't I feel silly!This is a cute little solar addition to my yard. Its beautifully made and I could see the can lasting for a long time. It casts a soft glow and the pattern below is pretty neat. Unfortunately it is not very bright because one of the two lightbulbs does not work. Also, the top solar panel with the light is basically a very weak magnet sitting on the hollow "can" keeping it in place. Yikes-one big gust of wind and the top could easily fly off and be gone.For the most part I really do like it, but we will see what time brings on durability.

I love a good solar lantern and this one has some cool details! The copper look is classy.It has two color light modes, one white and one rotating thru bold colors.There is a hummingbird cutout on the underside of the lantern which projects it to the ground for a fun night display.

In the daylight this lamp is a lovely work of art. It is cut metal with shapes of hummingbirds, butterflies and flowers that cast shadows on the floor or ground. This lamp can be used as a bright white light to illuminate a path or driveway. It also has a RGB light that cycles through the colors for a mood light effect. This lamp is a good value and will not disappoint.

This is a pretty backyard lantern with a hummingbird theme.It is lit by a single LED on a top cap, and you can choose from color changing or warm white.It's bright enough to cast interesting shadows on flat ground below. The body of the lantern is thin, and has a nice copper style color.Unfortunately, these don't tend to last long (they rust), but this will provide at least a couple of seasons worth of enjoyment.

This is the cutest solar lamp for added garden whimsy. It is copper colored with a beautiful hummingbird design ( I LOVE HUMMINGBIRDS!), hard to see design until lit up. The solar portion is on top of lamp, so has plenty of exposure to gain charge during day. At night…..wow…..so pretty. Already has hanging hook/handle attached, so just find a fun spot place it. It is beautiful.

Once you toggle the switch under the top of the lamp to the "on" position, the solar feature turns on. I placed mine on a outdoor patio table that's under a clear cover, and it still gathered enough daylight (even without direct sunlight) to shine brightly the first night. The lamp itself is beautifully designed and well made, and casts off a charming patterned reflection when completely dark.
