I ordered three of these and they all came in different sizes even though they all say XL. One of them was also a completely different shade than pictured. I really like the one that is in the right size, too bad the others are not.

I love these shorts, I would size down but still a great comfy pair of shorts! Good quality and good price! Will probably get more colors!
