You get a queen-size (exactly, no overhang) sheet of mysterious fabric and two pillow cases made from the same stuff. It has an odd texture, sort of rough yet slippery at the same time. The stitching is very accurate. I am always too warm, so I was intrigued by the listing. And I might add, kind of skeptical too.It works! The pillowcases make pillows very comfortable. Not sure if they do anything temperature-wise. The pad, however, somehow "wicks" heat out of me and I had my son try it to verify and we both agree that while we can't fully explain it, we felt cooler than the normal temperature in our bedrooms. It reminded me of the feeling one gets sitting on marble. It's as if the heat leaves you and gets dissipated. I should point out something else in case it's not obvious--of course you don't lie on this and then put blankets over yourself, that won't work.I can see lots of uses for it. In my case, my wife is always cold. I'm always overheated. You could fold it in half. It's light and easily folded, so you could take it camping. If you have air conditioning but have to visit an old house without it, you could put it on the bed in their guestroom.I give it 5 stars because it is comfortable and it actually works!

These sheets are soft and have a noticeable cooling effect, which I really enjoyed. They're also lightweight, making them comfortable and ideal for warmer nights.
