Once I figured out how to use this it worked great. Put a metal skewer behind machine with some tape to hold the cup in place. You can watch utube videos on this subject. I will get a lot of use out of this thread!!

It's nice. The black is kind of shinier than I'd like but it's nice. I've had it break a couple times because it's a heavy spool and they thread gets caught under it on occasion. Not sure if that's "user error" or design flaw. I'm using with my heavy duty Singer with a Dritz spool holder next to the machine to feed the thread. If you use this method, you'll definitely need a spool adapter to make it work closer to normal because the hole inside the cone is wide.

There is a huge amount of thread on these cones. The product is great quality and sews beautifully. I bought for bobbin thread in my embroidery machine. It feeds well and is strong with plenty for many bobbins.
