It initially was easy to install and provided me with the water pressure I wanted. We left on an extended vacation and when we returned I found my shower head on the floor. I missed the return deadline, so I am back to using my less than great old shower head.

ALL PLASTIC - this is a China made shower head. It looks nice but is lightweight plastic including all the fittings and the cheap short chrome plated hose. There is much hype on the Internet about this as being a great product. Simply decreasing the orifice size to simulate more pressure is silly and decreases the water volume thus making shower time longer. Steer Clean

Clearly the measure in length of the shower head connecting cable was too short. Also the non flexibility in the up or down movement of the Shower head.I was not happy 😕
