Q1: Why isn't the shower head staying up and the bracket holding?
A1: Installation might be incorrect. Check the manual for guidance.
Q2: Why does the LED only toggle between two colors?
A2: This indicates the water temperature is in-between the temperatures represented by those two colors.
Q3: Why did I receive water from the shower nozzle? used product?
A3: Each shower head must be thoroughly tested during the productionprocess ,so sometimes you may find water left in it. Please don'tworry, we sure that every product is new.
Q4: What's the reason for the leak?
A4: The leak arises when the washer inside the nut doesn't press uniformly against the shower arm thread.
Q5: How do I fix the leak?
A5: 1. Ensure the washer is aligned properly inside the nut.
2. If the washer appears faulty, use a tool to remove and either replace or adjust it before reinserting.
3. If threads show wear, apply the provided plumber's tape around them.
Warning: Too much tape or over-tightening might lead to further issues. If leaks continue, revisit the above steps.

I bought it in October 2024 and after installation can report that neither the light nor the temp indicator ever worked. So now we are stuck with it because the warranty ran out. However for $36 I’m just going to have to absorb the loss and get one from a different manufacturer.

Not sure why my husband needs to be entertained in the shower but adds a little something to his shower time. It is also helpful since the color changing corresponds to the temperature.

The piece are all plastic & mine fractured a little when it was installed so water leaks everywhere from it. I had to work with it to no spray on the wall. I wouldn’t purchase again but now that it is up & working without damaging the wall I like it. I just was looking for better quality.

The basic functionality is good. It shows blue to about 90, then green, then red at 104. The temperatures only show even numbers (94 or 96, but not 95), so you might want to fine tune when you are in it.My biggest complaint is the inner spray heads. They have that annoying shower head design that makes lots of mist and and blows it in a wide fan - wider than a standard tub. When I open the door to get in, some of it splashes out, and I have to remember to turn the head to point at the wall.

Love the colour changing shower head. Easy for everyone to know when water is proper temp via the display. Average water flowDownside is, after a few months of use, the digital display has lost part of one number. No longer displays full digital reading. Otherwise works well

the color and temperature display only lasted 3 weeks. It still functions to spray water but the lights dont work and it makes a weird buzzing/grinding sound. Don't buy it- unless it was 10 bucks (its worth)

This shower head is pretty neat. The mist works great and the shower setting is pretty good though I would like it to have more water holes. Colors and temp display seem accurate. Good pressure even with the preinstalled but removable water restrictor. LED Shower Head.

I work late, and sometimes don't always turn the bathroom light on to shower. I love, love, love this light up shower head. It provides just enough light and accurately changes color as the water warms. Plus, it shows the temperature digitally. It also DOES NOT NEED A HIGH FLOW of WATER to work. Before this, I purchased the Hotel Spa brand. It was like runway lights for a plane.... on off, on off, it did not work well at all. BUY THIS ONE if you are considering a light up shower head that changes color as the water warms and displays the temperature digitally. Super easy to install as well. Screw your old one off, screw this one on. Pretty simple.
