It works very well. It has power but still feels soft on your skin. I also love that I can use it as a sprayer to clean the shower.

This filtered shower head has completely upgraded my showers, great water pressure and noticeably softer skin and hair after just a few uses. It was easy to install and the multiple spray settings make it feel like a mini spa at home.

This shower head is not as described. It is made of a mix of durable plastic and metal. The cord is long and does have a little stretch. The filter works to soften the water. It does NOT have four spray functions. It has three and nine of them feel like a massage feature. The shower nozzle holder doesn't have 90 degree rotation. The shower head holder is also short, so it does not give much adjustment room. We will be ordering a different shower head holder that offers a wider adjustment range. The shower produces a lot of mist in all three spray functions that soaks the upper walls in the shower. Use a weighted shower curtain if using as a bathtub shower head instead of a shower stall head.

Tue20250603 @Amazon #Kailong#FilteredHandheldShowerHead4SprayModeThis powerful handheld showerhead comes with a good quality 59" inch hose, 5 PP cotton replacement filters & an adhesive bracket that honestly is weak and not good quality so i decided to use a better one. The PP cotton filter ONLY filters sediment, rust and other impurities but no chlorine or fluoride or heavy metal, so this is basic filtration and nothing more.i really like the 3 different spray modes which are relaxing & powerful. i especially dig the on & off option which i find absolutely necessary with handheld showerheads ;). i didn't use the scalp massage silicone thingies because i don't want to contaminate the showerhead lol. it doesn't leak and seems well built even though it's plastic. I have extremely sensitive skin and live in a hard water area. I basically got this out of desperation because i cant deal with my itchy skin anymore. let me preface this that this is not a replacement for a water softener. but, i have noticed a difference in my the way my skin and hair feel. i am also less itchy.the showerhead was easy to install, but you may need an adapter if your showerhead does not have one. As for the functionality, there are 3 modes on the showerhead. a mist, rain, and a massaging mode. the pressure is nice too. overall, am super happy and grateful to have some relief.

This shower head combo is a game changer! The high-pressure spray feels amazing, delivering a strong and invigorating rinse every time. With 4 different spray modes, I can easily switch between a gentle mist and a powerful massage—perfect for any mood or need.The built-in filters are a huge plus, especially with hard water from my well. Not sure they are the best filters, but i'm sure they help. The detachable handheld unit adds great flexibility, making it easier to rinse off or clean the shower.The included 59-inch hose and bracket make installation and use very convenient. Overall, a fantastic upgrade for anyone wanting a refreshing, clean, and customizable shower experience!

Happy with the showerhead overall but the holder isn't not as sturdy as I would have liked, so I did replace it. The pressure and water options are nice. I've never had a filtered shower head but I do notice a difference with my hard water. I recommend this as an affordable shower wand option!

This Jailong Filtered High Pressure 4 Spray Mode Showerhead is a "keeper"! It is one of the best handheld showerheads that I have tested. It WILL be stay in MY bathroom! It has a very convenient and easy to use On/Off switch button on the handle - which is a Major Improvement over most other handheld showerheads. For me that is now a Must Have feature. The other thing I really like is it just has 3 different spray settings that are controlled by a simple switch on the back of the shower head, which I find to be very efficient and convenient. I prefer to use the "Power" spay over 90% of the time I am in the shower. The opposite setting is more of a mist-like spray - which I personally will probably never use. This bridge setting in between those two is sort of a mix of both sprays, which I may use occasionally. The important point I want to make is that these spray settings are very easy to select, even when you have soap in your eyes!Additionally you get a nice split stream "cleaning jet spray" to loosen and wash away grime on your tub or shower walls. To do this, first turn the water off by pressing the button on the handle. The just twist the shower head 1/4 turn to remove it from the handle, and set it aside. When you press the button to turn the water back on, out comes the cleaning spray jet from the end of the handle. Easy Peasy! To put the a shower head back on, just turn off the water with the button and snap the shower head back on with a quarter turn twist! Unfortunately, the seller doesn't mention this simple quarter turn twist feature in the product description - I originally thought I would have to unscrew the shower head until I read the instructions, and the shower head twist on/off feature really works like a charm.It also comes with 6 small in-handle filter cotton filters to for your water, IMHO, cotton filter really don't really do much. I use a much better full size shower water filter for the water as it comes out of the wall (I prefer filters with a lot of KDF to really soften the water and remove things like chlorine).I consider this to be a very nice and useful shower head system. It comes the total of 6 cotton filters, this exceptionally pleasant and useful shower head, a nice 60 inch shower hose, and a nice self adhesive adjustable wall bracket. The cost when I ordered it was under $25 (a bargain).
