The whole family loves this new, lightweight saucepan. It has become our go-to for most meals thanks to its light weight, fast heating, deep sides, and no stick surface. We also love the blue color that goes great with our kitchen!

Wasn't what I was expecting, it's a very light weight. the inside seems like the coating will peel off very easily. doesn't feel any different than a teflon coated pan. you'd get at the big local W. store. Average pan, it's deep. It's small tbough. it would be good for cooking Stir fry or making a family meal. But it's definitely not a big Not Wide frying pan or a cooking pan. It's just deep, has a lid, but it's way overpriced. For what you're getting, the color is pretty. The handle does get hot to touch or to pick it up. It has a corner V-shaped spout where you can pour any liquid out. The lid fits tightly little knob on top of the lid also gets hot to the touch so you would need some kind of pot or PAN holder to grab either with.. It's extremely light weight. Very lightweight, you would be surprised. I probably would not repurchase this or recommend it at this price. If The price does not bother you It is a good pan.

The Servappetit Cast Aluminum 3.1 qt sauté pan is okay, not great. Heat distribution is solid, and the color is classy. The integrated Bakelite handle, which matches the pan color perfectly, is a nice touch. It feels small for a 3.1 qt pan, but it does hold the stated volume. It's probably just an optical illusion due to its squarish shape compared to a round 3 qt pan.The product description claims it comes in a premium retail box with a handle. It does not. Instead, it arrives in what seems more like a bargain-basement-style box. At this price point, I expect a higher-end presentation: a quality box, printed care instructions, maybe even a small booklet highlighting the brand and the materials used. None of that is included.Because of the low-end packaging and presentation, this pan feels unsuitable as a gift. The pan itself is a little better than the packaging suggests, but still not up to the standards I expect for something in this price range.Overall, this is an adequate pan with poor presentation, and in my opinion, it is worth about half the listed price. I recommend you skip this one.

I was very impressed with this pan when I pulled it out of the packaging, it was eager to use it. I washed it, and set it out of my drying rack. When I came back the next morning, I noticed corrosion on the base of the pan where you would set it on the stove. It wiped away easily enough, but it's a pretty bad sign that the first time I washed it it corroded.

This sauté pan is both stylish and super functional. The cast aluminum heats evenly, and the snug lid is perfect for locking in moisture. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and works on all stovetops—including induction. A solid, everyday pan that feels a bit fancy too!
