It won't warp or corrode over time, making it a great investment for your kitchen. It is nice and heavy, attractive and seems well-made. Water did seem to boil more quickly.I missed that it has a non-stick coating. That’s gonna wear off over time right? My fault though, the ad mentions the coating.Sticking isn’t usually an issue the way I use a pot like this.

I did not see that this was a non-stick pan and I was excited to try a stainless steel saute pan. That is not what I got. It is non-stick and it is not the pan pictured. It is not a saute pan. It is a saucepan. Fortunately, I can always use another saucepan but I would never have paid (almost) $75 for a saucepan.I don't usually put my pans in the dishwasher but I do when I first get them. I did and it came out fine.It is heavy and should last a while although I have never used this type of non-stick coating. I still have no faith that it will not eventually warp on my glass cooktop but only time will tell.It says it is not oven safe but I really don't see why not. I would probably keep it below 375/400 degrees to preserve the non-stick interior. I don't put my pans in the oven so not an issue for me.

This is a nice pan, though I'm not convinced it's worth $75. The hex liner has some non-stick and stainless steel qualities. Good for searing.I really like that the handle stays cool while cooking, part of the design. I found it isn't really good for non stick. I scrambled some eggs in it and they stuck but didn't burn and the pan was easy to wash.I'll definitely enjoy using this but at the price point I personally wouldn't repurchase.

I use a lot of larger sauté pans in my day-to-day cooking, so I was excited to try this stainless steel sauté pan since I'm actively switching over to all stainless steel or cast iron cookware to minimize chemicals in my cooking from non-stick pans. I love the hex design and that it comes with a lid. Unfortunately, instead of a 3-quart sauté pan, I received a 3-quart saucepan. The pan seems high quality, I love the shape of the handle for easy and comfortable use, and the pan is nice and heavy. The lid feels a little light, but I love that it has the built-in steam hole. Overall, it is a really nice pan, but it won't get nearly the same amount of use as the saute pan would have, as I don't use sauce pans nearly as often.
