I have bought 2 of these, because I liked the idea of the automatic retractable hose. But they did NOT hold up. One the hose itself is now leaking badly at the metal connection and it's spraying back at me, so I get wet when I use it & both of the hoses have other bubbles where they're about to spring a leak. One doesn't retract on its own, which happened soon after I bought it. And both nozzles are leaking badly. I thought that they would last more than 1 season, especially given the price. Most of these issues happened within a few months after I purchased them. Very disappointed.

Oh man I don't know where to start, I've HATED having to roll up a hose and having to untangle it and all of that. This one does all the work for you and it's seamless, I love it and the hose attachment works great.

Love it. Attached it at the bottom of my wall so it sits on the paver. It rotates as you rotate. Have it for a couple of months now and it doesn’t tangle when retracting. The two nozzles that come with it are very useful. The length plus price makes it a can’t beat deal. Highly recommended.

Have to stop frequently to unkink hose. Would have been better off just getting pocket hoses. Used to have another retractable hose which cost more that never kinked. Unkinking the hose adds several minutes and lots of frustration to my watering regimen in large garden. I think I this one kinks so easy because the hose itself is so thin on this one.

We didn't know we needed it. It is so easy to use that I wish I bought it sooner. It retracts so no more pulling and leaving it on the floor. I hate hoses because you got it put it back together but this one is so easy to pull and retract. A must have for your house!!!

Nice item to make things easier for yourself & the spouse! Works great and when you consider the price of a 100 foot hose & a separate manual reel at Amazons price this was a no brainer! Easy to install. I put mine onto to one of my center deck posts & made a longer leader to reach it, this way it's out of the way & out of the sun. No leaks at all so far. It carries like a suitcase with it's built in handle & has a quick release pin, so I would recommend to bring it indoors somewhere where the temps are above freezing in the winter months.

when i got it the hose came out making noise and i had to open it to put 5the hose back in i have a mother one the same and it is very good i think the last one was used and re boxed
