Have only had used a couple time so far but have worked great.in a wastewater plant 4 floors sub-basement concrete and worked great.Seems well built.Time will tell how they last.

This set of walkie-talkie's is truly amazing !! with an awesome long mile setup provides a reliable communication link, tested with exceptional clarity over extended distances. After 4 months of use I have had some issues. When they arrived they were missing the microphones. Customer service was very good about sending me out the missing items quickly. I have been using them in an industrial warehouse. I have had three microphones stop working, 3 belt clips broken (the springs are very cheap) 3 Mic holders broken. Two antennas broke at base, 1 antenna broke at the connector going into the radio. I have contacted their customer service and have asked about warranty. I was told two months on the microphones and 2 years on the radio. They did offer me the option to "purchase" another microphone as well as the antennas. I had to order another set of four to keep our operations going. I let them know I did so and they said they would send me replacement parts-mic clips and belt clips for 20.00. I am not real happy about this as I fell they should hold up better. I will post back and update this review moving forwardUPDATE****12-5-23 I have 12 of these in use daily. All of the speaker microphones have broken. 8 of the antennae have broken like the picture. I have contacted Retevis and they want me to purchase new items which I should not have to do. I reported issues with them 30 days out and they continue to degrade. Output of the radios have significantly decreased causing a loss of range.

I bough these last minute because we had a a group of 4 trucks going to a lake trip/ trail run.The radios Are ready to use out of the box, just set the radios to the same channel and start using them AFTER you charge them of course. the radios are light study and the shoulder mics have a nice grip. Signal strengths for us was about 1.5 miles. If you need these for a group of cars that will be following each other they will work just fine. Both the speaker on the radio and on the shoulder mic are loud and clear.

I bought these radios for security purposes. I was a little hesitant to buy them because of the price. I had bought some baofeng radios and they didnt work that great for what i needed, so i purchased these. I've had them for two days and after getting them charged up, I started testing them. I've only got them set up to communicate with the other radios in the package so far, but let me tell you that these are worth the money I paid. I left one with my brother and walked 800 yards down the highway and they still picked up just fine. Crystal clear transmission, they feel like they are built like tanks, and easy to use. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good radio for security patrols, keeping in two way contact with family after cellphones go down, or just radio contact to family members on your homestead.
