I've used these kind of portable monitors before, but this one is even better.I like that the cables connect in the back, rather than the sides like most. Seems less likely to get damaged.I do wish it had VESA mounting ability, but the cover acts as a built-in stand.Using it with a Lenovo T480, I was able to both power and connect video with a single, included USB-C cable. It's brighter and has better colors than the laptop's display!The styling, weight and thinness is fantastic. My only complaint is the menu control is a tiny rocker wheel in the back, which is very awkward and clumsy to operate. That said, the default settings look fine, and if you just push it left or right it adjusts the setting you're likely change most often- brightness- without navigating the menu, great! 👍

I'm incredibly impressed with this portable monitor! I picked it up to extend my laptop screen when I'm working remotely or traveling, and it's been a game-changer. The 15.6" FHD 1080P display is crisp and clear, and I really appreciate the anti-glare matte screen, especially when I'm working in different lighting conditions. Connectivity was a breeze; I just plugged in a single USB-C cable to my MacBook, and it immediately recognized the display – no fuss, no drivers needed. The built-in PU leather protective cover is also a clever design; it not only keeps the screen safe in my bag but also folds out to be a sturdy stand, which saves me from carrying another accessory. My only minor gripe is that while the monitor is super lightweight and thin, I do wish it had a VESA mount option for more flexible desk setups, but that's a small trade-off for its portability. Overall, it's a solid performer and exactly what I needed to boost my mobile productivity.

I love working from a laptop. I have ADHD, so being able to move around and change locations keeps me more engaged, especially when I work from home. I don't mind using a mouse track pad, and while I prefer an ergonomic keyboard I don't mind using the built-in keyboard. My biggest complaint about laptop work is the lack of screen size. I like to have multiple things up on screen that you just can't on a tiny laptop screen. I was looking for a good portable monitor so when I saw this listing I had to try it.It arrived in a really nice box marked with the brand logo and contained the monitor with it's built-in protector and stand and three cables. The monitor was in near-mint condition.Setup is not difficult. The screen is powered by a USB cable and connected with an HDMI, both included. Once connected it fires right up and the computer recognizes the screen. Depending on your operating system you'll likely have to adjust a few settings, but it's not hard on Windows.This is a really nice monitor! For the price I wasn't expecting anything quite like this. The cover is thicker and more padded than I expected, which is nice peace of mind when traveling. The colors are deep and rich, and the image is better than my laptop's built-in screen. I've been using it for an hour and no issues, no dropped connection, no weird artifacts or anomalies. It just works!Overall I'm thrilled with this monitor. It's perfect for traveling, easy to move and position, looks great, and gives me a nice middle ground between using just my laptop or being set up at my actual desk with my full work station. For the price this thing is a STEAL.I highly recommend!

On the road with my laptop, the one thing that I miss, is my multi screen workstation. Video editing, coding, or just a Zoom call, I miss that second monitor. I’ve tried propping a tablet or phone on some books and use mirroring, but these solutions, lack, size and image quality. This is where this Portable Screen extender comes in. It’s large 15.6” display and FHD 1920x1080 screen is like having another laptop. Looks like a leather covered pad of paper. Only 2lbs and with cover less than 3/4” thick, it fits right in my laptop bag. Great connectivity with one USB C cable for both power, video and audi. Yes there is actually a speaker built in. Also has cables and connectivity for HDMI ports. The cover, protects the screen, and is also the stand, unfolding to several angled positions. All video controls are, on screen, and selections are made with a rocker, and press, button on the back. Good color gamut approaching full NTSC. 1000:1 contrast ratio, The matt screen is also anti-glare, has 60Hz refresh rate, and adjustable blue light blocking. Full size performance in portable package.

Im really excited to have this addition to my laptop for working from home (or really anywhere). I am usually stuck to a desk with a large standing monitor but now I can move where every I want and still have two monitors!The monitor came packaged very nicely, its in a very sturdy box with padding so you dont have to worry about breakage during shipping. It comes with 3 different cables, USB-C to USB-C, USB-A to USB-C, and HDMI to MINI HDMI. I didnt realize when I ordered this that I need another dongle (mini HDMI to micro HDMI) to connect it to my old laptop, but I tested it with my cell phone and my desktop and they both worked really well. You need to plug the monitor into an additional power source using the USB-C to USB-C or A, then connect with the HDMI cable for the picture to work (this took me a minute since I skipped the directions).Overall this monitor is lightweight, easy to use, and a great addition to any remote work set up!
