Bought 1, after about 2 weeks it wouldn't connect to the computer. Asked for replacement, received it. Had it about a month. Now it also will not connect to the computer. Done.

I lowered the red by 1 to 49 and raised the contrast and brightness to get it to match closer to my laptop screen. Overall great product

Easy to connect, amazing quality. Only gripe is that it doesn't stay up with the cover it comes with. Slides too easily.

The size is good, touch functionality works well. The problem is, it hardly works. It goes on and off repeatedly until it randomly decides to work sometimes. I have a hard time getting it to actually function, but when it does it's cool. The colors are a bit washed and make video/picture editing difficult because the colors aren't true. When it works it's cool, but it hardly ever works. And there's not really a way to troubleshoot - the power button doesn't work. It's plug & play, but it's never worked the first time I plug it in.Overall, I wouldn't buy anything from these guys again.

I’m very impressed with this 16-inch portable monitor. The metal shell adds sturdiness and gives it a premium feel that while still being super thin. The display quality is excellent—clear, crisp, and with good color accuracy, better than most monitors with similar specsThat said, there are a couple of drawbacks. The VESA mount design only has two holes due to the thinness, so I’m not sure how secure it will be for mounting, but im not planning on mounting it. Also, I’m not a fan of the included smart cover - but I've never liked them. It does prevent scratches so in that regard it's goodI had some issues with HDR initially, but the seller's support was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. I’ve used this monitor with both a laptop and my Galaxy Z Fold 6 in Dex mode, and it worked with no issues. The touch functionality is accurate and responsive, making it one of the better touch monitors at this price point. Compared to my roommate's slightly more expensive, generic touch monitor, this one is miles ahead of his blurry washed out display.The monitor i would give 4.5 stars but the support was awesome, so I gave it a 5
